Love the Ikea drawers.  It makes the office feel so serene.  Now all my craft supplies and tools have a place to go and the office is quieter without all the clutter.

This has motivated me to start on an organization project for the whole office.  I have been going through the file cabinet, the drawers like a mad woman throwing old papers out left and right.  A lean file cabinet makes me feel lighter and less stressed when I enter the office.  Amazing how an organized space can affect me psychologically.  I am liking it and so this process will probably go on for a while.

Two geese were outside my office window strolling around.   Since the last of the 3 swans was killed by the coyote the geese have come back to the pond.  The swans didn’t like the geese and they always chased the geese out of the pond.  Now the geese are back and they can be loud at night.  Nevertheless, we enjoy looking out our windows and seeing them.

We ventured to Ikea in Pittsburg to get some chest drawers.  The first thing we did was having lunch there and it happened to have the meatballs for special.  Both Leo and I liked it.  Of course, one of the things he wants to get, maybe the only thing, was the hardtack.  Unfortunately, it’s a version of hardtack with herbs on top.  He didn’t like it that much for it.
The trip was successful.  Three drawer units and pleasant drive.  The next few days though I was putting up with back pain for lifting them and putting them together.  Nevertheless, I love the drawers and I love the finished organization projects.

Finally made a chart for Tido’s sweater.  He has sweaters for the winter time for years now.  I came up with the design and improvised as I went every time he needed a  new one.  So finally I made a good enough sweater that fit him well and drew the chart while it is still fresh in my mind and have a completed version to count the stitches.

Trying to help Benny to get on and off the bed by buying this pet steps.  The first time I tried to teach him traumatized him. In panic he tried to jump off and bang his hind leg on the steps and limped for a few minutes afterwards.  Still trying to wrack my brain to come up with a way to show him it’s a good thing not a terrifying thing.  Sigh…
